What If Covid-19 Had Gone Unreported and Government Had Not Gotten Involved? I’ve Asked This Question for Over A Year Now.

Actually the answers are in the data accumulated to date, as well as past experiences with coronaviruses and other communicable pathogens.

The human race and human bodies have encountered coronaviruses countless times over past millennia. We have a complex interrelationship with these bugs. A good part of our very DNA is made out of coronavirus sequences. And we have 380 trillion viruses living in our bodies right now. Our immune systems have excellent memory of past pathogens they have encountered and fought off.

Would the covid pandemic taken essentially the same course if it had been ignored? The data seem to imply that everybody in urban environments has been exposed to Covid-19, and as is normal for these viruses, some people are already immune, others barely notice an infection, and a small percentage, usually older or infirm people, can get a bad infection. Some of those people die.

Why won’t anybody answer a simple question? If we’d ignored Covid-19 and not had lockdowns and mandatory masks and a crashed economy, would the pandemic have followed approximately the same course regardless?
