Aspirin is Expensive Here in Panama

I had to choose between aspirin and food — a no-brainer.

Already in less than a day with no aspirin my right hand is barely working.

I can live with that, but I wonder what else might stop working.

If my heart stops working, that’d be a real no-brainer. And I’ve had some heart trouble in the past year.

If my heart were to stop the good news is that I would have no complaints about it or my right hand or even about Medium, so there’s that.

I know this probably sounds weird to most of you out there, but it makes a kind of sense, doesn’t it?
